Classic poached salmon with a herbed sauce – a whole salmon poached and served with prawns and cucumber slices and the sauce on the side

Spanakopita – Greek spinach pie made with filo Pastry filled with spinach, herbs, egg and feta (served with a fresh tomato chutney)

 

Sticky big platter of crudités and dips for picking at! (Great for kids!)

Roasted red pepper and aubergine salad with basil dressing, baby spinach and pine nuts

(Goes fabulously with the beef!)

Parma ham, grilled nectarine, rocket and torn mozzarella salad with a pesto dressing

Puy lentil salad with roasted peppers and feta cheese served on a bed of baby spinach

New potato salad made with a crème fraiche and mayonnaise dressing and boiled egg, cress and spring onion
